Hello everybody, Ive been reading posts for awhile and decided to jump in and join you all on here.

I got my implant on the 23rd so I'm a week out, and I think i've lost some, but with everything i've read that's not even something I should be looking at currently as time will tell me where I will be. Unfortunately, I have to go to work tomorrow and I haven't been able to find a way to hide it properly yet, and certainly not comfortably so. I naturally hang downward a bit, so pointing it up is extremely uncomfortable, plus it dog ears at the base which I'd imagine isn't great for the implant when its about 60% inflated. I've watched my surgeons vids (Dr. Clavell) and also asked him for any words of wisdoms and he basically said go with whats most comfortable, so I wanted to check in with the community on if they have any personal experience similar to mine and what they did? If I point it up its the most uncomfortable and a bit easier to hide, but dog ears near the base. If I go more with my natural hang and push it over to the left and wear david archy's and also another pair of underwear on top of that then its more comfy, but a bit more noticable. I think i'll inevitably have to deal with this being noticable at work till I can cycle, but i'm hoping someone has ideas that may have a bit of a natural hang downwards like me lol. I guess ill tell them I got hit in the nuts with a baseball or something and it caused swelling  . Not sure if its relevant but my work attire is a dress shirt and tie with slacks.

For reference I got the Coloplast Titan OTR and had it done with Dr. Clavell.

If there is anyway to wear your shirt untucked the shirt tails can give you some cover.

Get dress slacks with pleated fronts?

Wear a t-shirt that has large print just above the waist that says, “Hey, my eyes are up here! (Arrow pointing up)

Well technically this is not the new him yet because he's only a week out and the surgeon probably left him about ~60% erect like most do after implants (anyone know why?).

So he's currently smaller than his peak erections but his flaccid doesn't even exist right now. He's going to work hard. I don't know what to say. Really tight supportive underwear?

Yeah unfortunately I dont have the PTO to take off more time or I would, believe me. Other health issues and surgeries zapped away my PTO these last couple of years.

Exactly, im at 60% right now. That and still healing and everything is tender but inflexible enough to seemingly truly hide and certainly not be able to comfortably do so. I can do it no issues with a loose shirt but that's not fit for work. I guess i'll just ride it out till I can cycle. Tight underwear as best as I can handle, put a sock over it to help the chaffing too I suppose. The pleated pants someone else mentioned may help actually. What I've currently did is david archys to support the testicles which are still swollen and then a sock over my shaft, and tighter underwear over that. Then I threw on my work attire and knew That ain't doing it enough lol.

I think these are the best ideas beyond what I got and I think I can get an exception to wear an untucked shirt while this is going on and i'll have to get some of those pleated pants in the mean time.
