Quick question:
As per the subject line, is it safe to do sit ups/crunches, or any other abdominal exercise, with the IPP? Specifically, can these exercises damage the reservoir in the abdomen?
Thanks!

Re: SIT UPS/CRUNCHES WITH IMPLANT
Sit UPS/Crunches are part of my exercise routine at the gym. Its been two years since my implant and have no issue with it.
Although, i would wait several months after getting the implant and then start slow and see how your body feels. But, always ask your doctor for the correct advise.

Re: SIT UPS/CRUNCHES WITH IMPLANT
I gym several days a week and do 120# on the crunch machine, after 4 sets I definitely feel my reservore in my abdomen but have no issue with it, I think mine is a 100 ml size.
So yeah you’re going to be fine, just go slow
