My Titan has gotten uncomfortable over the years because of how the left cylinder is folded inside out and the sharp edges push against my skin. The right cylinder folds in a more comfortable way. Is anyone else's titan like this? Pic attached of a CT scan where you can see what I'm describing, in the pic the top cylinder is the folded/uncomfortable one.

Would you get an AMS if you were to have a revision?

Definitely yes. The titan is so stiff when flaccid, even if the AMS ends up in less girth I'd still prefer it for a more natural deflated state

I don't know if my titan is like this, I know that the left side of my penis where the left cylinder is hurts like crazy all day, except when it's inflated for sex, then when I deflate it hurts all day, in September if my implantologist hasn't told me anything I should have a revision with ams cx, I can't wait to do it, as much as I'm suffering I wish I'd never done it, given that the pills, almost double the dosage, are still they worked for me

I've zoomed in and highlighted what I'm referring to. This is a look longitudinally down my penis- the red and green lines are cross sections of each cylinder inside my penis. The green one folds pretty comfortably and conforms roughly to the outer curvature of my penis, but the red one is what I call "folding inside out", where it's sharp folded edges press against the penis from the inside. hope this pic helps to visualize
