Some Questions from a First Timer

So, I've been implanted now for four weeks and have already been cycling for two. People tell me this is early, although I know some doctors, like Eid, prescribe cycling by the third day.
My first question concerns max inflation. I've been cycling to max to regain the (about) half an inch I lost, but this gets very painful at the tips and in the back, where the implant is grounded, after about fifteen minutes. How long before the pain with cycling gets better, or at least more bearable?
My second question concerns sensation. Yes, there's some numbness along the incision site, but also "within," I guess, where the implant actually is. How long before sensation returns, or does the implant always have a kind of "dull" feeling?
Lastly, ejaculation. I've read this elsewhere on this site; when I orgasm, ejaculation is slightly delayed, and doesn't really shoot out as much as it falls out. Why is this? Is the inflated implant constricting the urethra? Is this permanent?
Whoever has experience in these areas, I would love your feedback as, naturally, this all has me a little concerned.
Thanks in advance,
F1

Too soon to worry about what's going on.
Inflate to the point it's tolerable. Causing too much pain isn't going to speed things up. Increase inflation as pain lessens.
Sensation is going to return, in time. Doc jangled lots of nerves down there and they take a long time to get back to normal.
Ejaculation should be the same it was before, after you heal up. The use of a catheter during the surgery does cause some side effects initially but again time will fix that.
Took me about 6 months to feel good and have all those issues resolve. You're way younger so shouldn't take that long.

Identical to Old Guy. Sounds normal. I gradually built up to an uncomfortable level and held for 30 minutes twice a day started at 2 weeks also. Added the perito bending exercises about the 3-4 week mark. By 5-6 months feeling was back to normal. Prob still have some swelling and irritation causing low pressure ejaculation. That also should fix itself by 4-5 months

F1, you're just a month out from surgery, all of us heal different. When I first started cycling, I couldn't stand the pain after 20 minutes. I messaged several Frank Talk guys because I was afraid I would have that pain and it would never get better, but it did get better. It took a lot longer for me, 4 to 6 months before I could go an hour inflated to the max, now I can go a couple hours without any discomfort and I'm at 33 months out.
Besides my regular cycling that I did in the shower for 20 minutes twice a day, I would do a very warm bath covering my penis. I would inflate to 70 to 80 percent for 10 minutes and do stretches up, down, side to side and then inflate to the max and try to see how long I could hold max inflation until I couldn't stand the pain. I would do this about three to four times a week while my wife would be out doing her walks in the neighborhood.
Like I said above everyone heals different but for me it took around 4 to 6 months before I started having good sensation in my dick again.
Last question, I'm older so I had already started having less of a load when I would cum. I had the Rezume procedure done on my enlarged benign prostrate to reduce its size before I had the implant, which allows you to keep a regular ejaculation.
But I'm pretty sure you're right, the implant restricts the urethra and it slows your load when you cum. Most all the time, I will still have some of my load dribble out after I deflate, what little I have left.
I really miss a big load shooting out after I would cum, but from what I understand as you get older it gets less for some mean especially if you've had prostrate problems.
I hope I helped you out a little F1,
Good Luck
S-Works

Honestly? At four weeks you sound like you’re doing incredible.
It sounds like a totally uneventful recovery and when it comes to this, uneventful is the goal.
Listen to your body. If it’s a little uncomfortable, okay. If it hurts, don’t do that.
Even with a great procedure and zero complications this is still surgery and the body is going to protest the insult you had done. Mainly by swelling. There can be remnant swelling for 3 months or even longer. When the swelling goes away it will show off more dick. I’d say over half of my “gains” post-surgery from 4 3/4” back to a little over 6 3/4” was due simply to losing the swelling. Patience.
I’m thinking the numbness you describe is in isolated places and not a huge, broad area? I saw little places that were numb, and yes it was due to nerves being jangled during an operation and yes, the feeling all came back. It took several months.
I’m not sure what to tell you about ejaculation. There are some age things at work in my case. Intercourse or oral I’m more of a dribbler. A slow, edging type Jack off session and I shoot 2 or 3 wads that can travel a couple of feet. I wasn’t trying to give myself a facial several days ago but that’s what I ended up doing. My own jizz on my nose and cheek. A lot of variables involved on squirting cum so if it goes airborne, fine…if it just dribbles, that’s fine too. I suspect there is influence from the installation but that might get better the further you get from surgery.

Normal. Things will improve in time. Be patient. Everyone heals differently. As far as ejaculation, yes it’s normal. The harder the implant is pumped the less it will shoot.

Sounds like you are doing great, with the ejaculation issue, When I got the Titan 5 yrs ago my ejaculation went to nothing, I would mostly have to go by hand to get off and even then it wasnt like it was before.. I blamed it on age and health issues. When my Titan failed in March of this year I could still engorge my glands but it was not near enough to have penetrable sex, so I was using my hand, my first time I shot a wad like it was 20 yrs ago. I could do this up until my surgery in June for a revision, I have had sex a few times now and I just can't seem to ejaculate without using my hand and even then it does no explode like it did just a few months ago, so yes I think it constricts the uretha, however I couldn't be happier with my working pecker, everyone is different so maybe you will have no issues.

I’m three months out from a revision and had to wait six weeks before cycling due to a swollen scrotum. I started doing 15 minutes a day and have worked up to 30-40 minutes a day. I try to pump it to the max, yes it hurts, until the time indicated above. When i stop, I use Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion with Aloe on my penis to ease the pain, and it feels great. Regarding ejaculation, my wife said there appears to be more and with more force, though it does take me a much loner time to orgasm and it hasn’t happened with PIV. I think both the penis and scrotum are still swollen, though Dr. Eid will give me his opinion later this month. I think you’re doing great so far.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Yeah, I've noticed ejaculation is better with less pumps. The constriction of the urethra theory is probably sound.

I think you're right on track - just stick to your surgeon in terms on timing of starting to cycle, but there should be cycling at some point. Unfortunately its never comfortable initially. I would say it took about 2-3 months that it was bearable 80%+ inflated (ok for sex), but 6 months that it was pain-free. Just be persistent.
