Titan in flaccid state

I’m currently looking at getting an implant by the end of this year and the surgeon I went to said I’ll most likely need a 24cm titan. He thinks the titan will be the best option for me but I workout a lot and my concern is how the titan will look in a flaccid state in gym shorts especially since I will be much longer flaccid. I know that overtime the titan will loosen up but is it possible to conceal with tight compression underwear so the bulge doesn’t look to obscene? Or would I just be better off going with the ams?

Don't worry about it, enjoy the bulge. Yes it will show in workout clothes, but only if they are tight fitting. If you wear baggy shorts you will be able to hide it better.

When I go to the gym for a work out it shows some, but I don't let it stop me. I get a few stares from both men and women.

My Titan in the flaccid state does leave a big bulge. I wear boxer briefs and those do little to hide it. In jeans it's hidden unless I'm sitting spread leg. My swim trucks with a compression inner liner hides it pretty good.

Does your surgeon also offer AMS products?

I've seen that there are many surgeons out there that have relationships with only one implant provider, and in turn they can only recommend one implant. I personally believe that it's important to consult with a surgeon that offers both of the popular implants, as they each have different strengths and weaknesses that will better match your lifestyle and need. The Coloplast implant is less expensive for the surgeon, and in some cases your choice comes down to what generates the most income for the surgeon.
