Having Sex with New Implant

Saw my surgeon on Monday and I've been cleared to use my new implant. I am 6 weeks from surgery now. I've been cycling as instructed twice daily now, for at least 20 minutes. The pump is almost painless but still having some "tearing" type sensation in the tips. I assume this is normal and definitely is getting better. My partner is really excited about attempts at intercourse and now with the green light, may try over the weekend.

I'm a little terrified especially with the minor discomfort - I don't want to damage anything. Any tips of tricks. The surgeon recommended using something called Uber lube and maybe initially inflating short (maybe 80%) of my current max inflammation (which is maybe 90% of what I'm told it should be).

Thanks for the help

Have a great time, never heard of Uber Lube but I would think any lube (FDA approved) for sex would work just fine. Hopefully all works out and no issues. If you cannot ejaculate that may come with time but you will still enjoy yourself.

I love my astroglide liquid water based lube and platinum silicone based lube.

PJT1958,
At 6 weeks I was given the green light too, but I still had too much pain in my glans and my penis shaft. I waited till week 8 to have sex and for me it was awkward because I didn't know if I was pumped up enough, and I still had numbness in my glans and shaft. I pumped up ahead of time and when we got down to having sex because I was numb, I had a hard time finding her hole and feeling like I was penetrating her good enough, and because I pumped up ahead of time to be ready, I started having a lot of pain.

You won't damage anything, it's just going to be painful and numb at least it was for me. There are a lot of guys out there on Frank Talk that don't have the same kind of numbness or pain, we all heal different.
My wife and I used KY warming lube and it works good and my wife likes the warmth feeling because she doesn't like anything cold.
My wife is now doing Hormone Therapy Replacement and is using the pellet that they put into her muscle on her hip. It has been a real game changer, she gets really wet now and we don't use lube now. It has also increased her sex drive, which I love.

My wife likes it rock hard and I don't think I could get it to 110 percent and week 8.

Good Luck PJT,
SWorks

My surgeon made us wait for 6 weeks to inflate/deflate. At 6 weeks he gave us clearance for sex in any form. My wife has been on HRT for 6 years and I initially had her sit on my face with her bullet vibrator on her clit for a few minutes to have a few orgasms. She then switched to my dick rather than face and sat on top gently moving for a half hour or so orgasming many times. We did have a little aloevera based lube we used on Glans (head) but frankly did not need it. It was spectacular for us both. Quit worrying, go slow and enjoy it.

Forgot to add, we had it rock hard also. Pumped until no fluid moved. My glans was smaller than presurgery so that may have helped ease it in but frankly she was so wet I don't think anything would have been needed.

I also had pain at 6 weeks during sex, missionary was fine, doggy was a bit painful and cowgirl was a no go till about 10 weeks. Just keep cycling and listen to your body, if it hurts either stop or dont go as deep.

Yes, stay under Max inflation. Maybe 80%.
Take it slow, use some lube. Don't expect to feel initial entry. You will have no feeling in the Glanz.
Plenty of foreplay. Get her wet and ready. Let her feel it and play with it if she likes to do that, it will get you more aroused, even though you are already erect.
It's probably been a long time for both of you, but don't rush it. When you feel it's the time, then make your move. If there is a specific position position you like, go for it.
If she seems to want to take the lead, let her.
(My wife never really took the lead)

But when she saw me laying there on my back with my new dick pointing straight up, she got right on top and rode it like a cowgirl. It was great, she stayed up there for what seemed an hour. Rocking and rolling and bouncing on it, you could hear her ass slapping against my skin, and her juices were seeping out and down my ass crack.

It was great. We did several different positions that night. Even though I stayed hard, she really wore me out.
Best night ever........................................ :D

Not going to hurt your implant…. You may hurt a little and def e a little sore afterwards but it gets much better pretty soon afterwards. If you’re having much discomfort just use more lube! I had sex at just over 3 weeks and yes was uncomfortable and very sore afterwards for a day or so but was right back at it 3 days later!!! Just got better from there.

Thanks all for the helpful advice - Have to say wasn't as bad as I thought and wife loved it. Was very sore the next morning, but beat my expectations!
