1 year happy anniversary with my Titan!

Hi all,
Exactly one year ago today I was implanted. In Krefeld, Germany by Dr Leiber.
I'm usually a friend of forum hygiene and that a new topic doesn't have to be opened for every new issue. However, as this is my anniversary posting, I am taking the liberty of opening a separate short topic.
For my background and my journal, please see my signature. There you will find my story and the details of my OP and healing.
I would also like to thank FT and the members, as I received a lot of important information here, which helped me a lot in my decision and also adjusted my expectations.
After 12 months with my Titan, I am very happy with it. It works perfectly and has become a part of me. For the first few months I cycled once a day for a few minutes, now I do it maybe 2-3 times a week, in the morning during shower.
My wife and I have sex a few times a month and it works well. But due to my PFS (which was also the cause of my ED - guys, never take finasteride, it can destroy your life...) I still have relatively low sex drive. And that at the age of 41. But I don't need to go into that topic here.
My wife is happy with the implant and it feels good, as she says.
My flaccid is of course quite big and a bit harder than before, but I can cope with it. The tips of the cylinders are always hard and you can feel them. Of course, the implant is and remains plastic in the body and it's unnatural. You have to realise that when you decide to have an implant. I have got used to it. The pump is sometimes a bit annoying, especially with slim fit pants. But it's ok. I still point my penis upwards or at least horizontally, left or right (never downwards, like before the implant). That was advice from my Dr. As a result, I don't have any dog ears and it has also helped with the erection angle.
Fully inflated I still feel some tension, which is ok. It gets very hard, as hard as I've ever felt in my life.
I would do it again at any time and if the revision becomes necessary, I would probably opt for titan again.
As often recommended by doctors, it is important to be as slim as possible and ideally to do a lot of sport, both for healing and for the final result. A big belly is a no-no. This was not a problem for me as I have been a long distance runner for several years. This sport is also easy to do with the implant.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Enclosed pics of inflated implant.
All the best to everyone here.
Cheers,
daddel
