Used to easily be able to hold my dick with two hands. Two days after surgery, no longer possible. Is it permanent shorter or just a result of swelling?

You'll probably gain a tiny bit of length from engorgement once you're done healing, but not much

Who was your surgeon?

If you’re comfortable sharing, could you let us know the brand, diameter, and length of your rods, as well as the name of your surgeon?

Although malleables have size (girth) limitations, it's best to wait at least 6 months into recovery before making any size assessments. It may be too soon to judge the implant right now.

I also suspect you're perceiving a lower length due to the swelling.

I went to kaushik instead of Ashish. Thinking to have gone with Ashish. They put in a 11. My length pre implant was 7.9 inches. Now according to doc if I push down I will get 7.1, but feels more like 6 to me right now. Wondering if I should regret my decision.

99% of malleable videos from India showcase the 11mm dia and I’m not sure why. I’ve seen very few with the 13mm rods. The correct dia is the one that fits us and I would trust a high volume malleable surgeon rather than end up with painful rods after surgery.

1 cm to 1 inch loss seems to be common with malleables and you're not the first person I've heard this from. Keep in mind that many surgeons intentionally reduce the length of rods by about 1 cm to prevent extrusion through the glans - a devastating malleable complication that you don't want.

Dr. A would be my goto for Tactra. While he might come across as a paid promoter, he appears to install more Tactras than anyone else in the world. However, I’ve heard from a few that his responses for post-op questions or complications were unpleasant and sometimes met with no response, while talking like a really nice man during pre-op conversations.

On the other hand, the reviews I hear of Dr. J, both pre and post-op, have been really positive so far, though he doesn’t have the same level of training or surgical volume as Dr. A.

It's a tough choice to make and I totally understand why you're thinking this way.

The statement about the dr. being nice before the surgery sounds like my surgeon. Then afterwards any issues it song and dance and smoke and mirrors.

If I see Ashish, and I got it a week ago, why can’t he take it out real quick before any scar tissue forms?
