Re implant size increase ?

Did you gained size with re implant? How much ?
Was it only cylinder size or actual usable penile length size increase?

Did it happen with each penile re implant for those who got reimplemented three times?

My length stayed the same, but I feel I gained some girth (I was already pretty thick). Overall, very pleased with the outcome.

Let me try to tell you why my urologist/surgeon told me. An implant is not going to get you any extra size whatsoever. The goal of a good procedure will be to get you exactly where you were before the ED hit. That is the benchmark of success.

It is true that repeatedly stretching tissues will cause them to increase in size. Using your muscles is a part of a gym routine is one example. Another might be people who get piercings, and then later stretch the hole to accommodate larger jewelry.

The fact that guys often require a larger implant during a revision is probably associated with this stretching. Now, does that give them a larger dick? I don’t know there is one question I have meant to ask my doctor. I can’t quite decide if that stretch and size increase is across the entire organ or are you just stretching out the cavity where the cylinders are located?

I’ve got an LGX. I am within an Angstrom unit of my original length. Like four 100ths of an inch shorter. I did lose about 3/8 of an inch in girth. However, that loss is from measurements taken while I was using trimix and a cock ring. If I were to go back to my mid-20s, I think I would discover that my girth is exactly what I had back then.

Don’t plan on gaining any size. That’s not what this is all about. Look forward to being totally functional and having the dick you had when you finished puberty.

I could not agree more .. and who measured and wrote down your dick size when you were 20? Plus how could you be sure you were measuring it the exact same way? Yes be thankful you have a nice hard dick that gets you back in the game ...that's all it is about in the end is it not? Some say use a VED to try to get a bit more "stretch" out of your penis ..so you get a bit of stretch remembering everyone might not have the same amount of stretch. Let's say you get quite a bit enough where you need a revesion for your implant to fit properly again .. in the process of getting it done you get a nice infection .. one risk ..implant removal ..mallabble implant 6 or 8 months till you heal ..then another revesion .. with more risks ... for what? 1/4 or 1/2 an inch? I have a Rigicon mallabble was told by my dr. not to use a ved becasue it was possible for it to stretch and the rods could come out from behind the tip causing floppy glans .. just got done having a revesion from the implant being undersized and had floppy glans .. think before you do you only have one dick don't fuck it up.

After surgery.....I became confused. At first I lost about 1/2 inch. Right after surgery, my wife ask me.....What you gonna do with that? I have been stretching, pulling, cycling, deflating, squeezing, jerking off, you name it. To net it out, 8 months post surgery, wifey is very pleased, and that's all that matters. However, we both agree, the girth is much better than pre-surgery. We are damn pleased with the thickness and the hardness. I still think I might have lost 1/2 - 1 inch in length, down to 6 inches or right at it. But what man doesn't think that? When the wifey can say that "Ooohh Ooohh" thing, we both are pleased. There were many brothers in here, told me the surgery will be well worth it. Thank you brothers, YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

I’ve had two revisions, nothing gained or lost. All about the same. Didn’t have much to work with from the start. Twenty years ED and atrophy cost me at least a one and a half of an already short dick. But it still gets harder than Chinese arithmetic. I can live with it. Stop worrying about your size. Enjoy what you have left to play with.

Was watching a video by Perito a few years ago and think he mentioned if doing a revision you will usually get 2cm bigger than original. Don’t think this equates to a bigger outside measurement. Possibly the back end has worked its way deeper into the crux. Possibly your old one stretches out to some degree. My biggest question is it seems that your revision would last longer as it doesn’t have to stretch out as much to fill the same space so should last longer…. Just thinking out loud.
