If I remember correctly, you have a malleable. I came across two malleable revision videos where no saline was used to create any artificial erection.

So a skilled surgeon can give the right size without any artificial erection?

Your surgeon can simply stretch and measure the length. Remember, your penis is elastic.

Then why was I undersized the first time?

Unfortunately even the best surgeons are not infallible.
For what brand?
How much length and girth did you lose?
What was the reason given by your surgeon? Severe fibrosis? Or "I don't know'?
Limited girth options available for some malleable brands?

Sadly there is no one size fits all nor a certain skill level for each dr. since some drs are allowing students to do the actual surgery so I could see how you could be undersized the first time I was. Recently had a revision went from 13mm x 17cm to 13mm 20 cm .. quite a difference although my g/f says she thinks he is thinner than the last implant .. the card with it says 13mm .. I no longer have faith that anyone in the medical profession willingly offers the truth ...or at least that has been my opinion the past 3 surgeries ..
