Whereas when I previously used injections the entire shaft and glans were firm and it was easy to penetrate, now I often have to poke around and guide the penis in it can be a bit tricky especially if my partner is not very lubricated. Also, with my length being only 5.5 inches, with the squishy glans the penis often slips out during love making especially in doggy position.
I wondered if this is an experience others have shared/strategies for dealing with it?
Jonarr, I don't know how far you are out from surgery and if you are still in the healing state, which for me was 4 to 6 months before everything starting working better and I didn't have as much pain.
Yes, I had the same problem, when my wife and I had sex at 8 weeks, it was awkward. I didn't feel like I was pumped up enough, I still had some numbness and pain and when I tried to penetrate her, I felt like I was poking around. Each week it got better. We did use KY warming gel for lube. Now that I'm 33 months out from surgery, I have more blood flow to my glans when I get aroused, no, it's not the same as the full tight smooth glans that I had when I was in my 20's and 30's but it is larger and doesn't flop around like it was after surgery.
I'm at 6.25 inches and I've had problems penetrating. When I'm pumped up to the max, my bionic dick is pretty stiff and it might take a little bit to find her opening especially if we are having spoon sex, me laying behind her.
My wife just recently started Hormone Replacement Therapy and it has made a huge difference in our sex lives. It has made her more horny, I would say better than when we got married 36 years ago and now she gets super wet like she did back when we first got married. So now that she gets super wet, I don't have any problems penetrating her, or finding her hole, because my dick sort of glides to her opening.
Yes, if I get over aggressive banging her, I could come out, but then I'm right back in.
So, for strategies, I would say use lube and if the lady is your wife talk with her about starting Hormone Replacement Therapy, it's a game changer.
Let us know a little bit more about you, age, when you had your surgery, what implant you have.
Good Luck,
