The best approach is to call and ask. Surgeries are often canceled due to insurance issues, and I’ve seen early slots become available as a result.

I’m based in Houston for a couple of more time. Let me know if you need any help. I met nice lady at her office who is right now doing the insurance and doing all the paperwork if you need I can contact her and ask I visited his office today Worked before is no longer working for him, but there is a new lady who is as good as her so let me know

I’m international so they scheduled me for calling him on 12th September, my case is urgent so if you could help me get a talk with him earlier and schedule an surgery date

Could you help me directly get in contact? There’s a huge waiting time to speak to him. I’m self pay.

I would also check with doctors Eid, Perito, Hakky and Kramer, if Dr. Clavell is fully booked.

Am i the only one who get "access denied error 16" on his websites when trying to book an appointment?

If nothing works, I would send him a tweet or a direct message on twitter/X. He is quite active on social media. Fwiw, I got my early appointment from Dr. Cordon by messaging him on Instagram.

Dr. Clavell started his independent practice this month and seems to be extremely busy, fielding over 400 calls a week according to this post below. Given his reputation for providing top notch patient care, I have no doubt that things will improve soon.
