Just wondering if anyone on here falls into this category as I do? If so how well or not did the implant work out for you?

Yes sir. Extremely happy. Positive experience. Would do it again, only sooner. Get a top notch surgeon. I was fortunate to have Dr Clavell. Love my Titan.

Read the members signature line. Many mention prostate surgery. Or try the search function using some common surgery terms.

Personally, I think prostate treatments (even some non removals) are very common IPP reasons. Remember, IPP's fix limp dicks no matter the cause.

Standard warnings are to research your dr very well. Don't let just any local yocal dr do it. It requires some skill & specialized training. There isn't a shortage of good drs but you do need to find them. The good ones can be quite busy. Don't be afraid to travel some.

Six years ago. Love my hard dick. RP surgeon took all my nerves. Had soft glans for 4 years. Still struggling to get a hard blood filled glans and dick. Wife passed on and now dating with it. AUS 800 is a urinary flow control device

Prostate surgery in 1999 left me dead. I had my third implant (first two went badly) in June. This is the best life-changing thing I have ever done.

Get a good doctor and go for it. It'll improve your life by an order of magnitude.

Thanks Can I ask what caused the first two to go bad? did you have to wait long between surgeries?

First one the pump failed, kept autoinflating and wouldn't deflate. That was at about week 7 post surgery, second one became infected and had to be removed at about 10 days post surgery. Dr recommended at least 6 months to heal. At 11 months I felt healed enough to try shopping for a new doctor. Found Dr Clavell. All is good now. I've healed more in 8 weeks than the previous Dr in almost a full year.

1 year postop and works great! One of the best decisions that I have ever made. Length is back to pre-RP and girth is bigger. Just make sure that you work and choose a surgeon who has extensive surgical experience.
