Ball play with an implant - Possible?

Hi everybody,

I have been active on this forum for some time now, which has been tremendously useful for collecting opinions, finding support from other people suffering from the same debilitating condition, and guiding my decision to get an implant.

One question I have for those who have been implanted, is whether ball play is still possible, pleasurable, and whether any of you has encountered partners who refused to (or where not at ease with) playing with your scrotum because of the pump. Ball play, even mild ballbusting (I insist on mild, I would not want a girl to stomp on my balls or kick them full force haha) is one of my fetish, and I am concerned that I may have to forget about it if I have an implant.

In particular, can your partner fondle or gently squeeze your balls? Would this in any way reduce the lifespan of the implant? I am leaning towards the AMS 700 (either CX or LGX, still undecided), which is known for its larger pump. I think my scrotum is large enough to accommodate a pump, but it is difficult to envision how things will be/feel down there after surgery.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Don't see an issue with this, unless you are one of those BDSM guys who likes getting kicked in the balls....
No shame in that either, if thats your thing, but some playing and squeezing should be fine.
I mean that inflation bulb is designed to have pressure placed on it so as long as weren't going overboard, you shouldn't have a problem

Still, I'd run this exact question past my Doctor, there may be an issue I'm unaware of.
Hope this helps.

Best to you.

In this vein:

Can you use cock rings of various types? The usual single rings, and for example the ones that have a second ring that goes around the balls?

Yes, it is possible, but that will be the moment for your pump to get discovered, if that matters to you.

Besides, in my particular case the surgery reduced sensitivity of my testicles from very high before to nearly zero after, but that might be an individual thing.

Thanks for your reply, I hope I will not lose sensitivity in my testicles :/ How long ago was your surgery? Maybe you will regain sensitivity over time.

It took my wife of 38 years a few months to want to start playing with my balls again as the pump kinda worried her… but after the first year it’s just as it was before. She fondles, sucks and in general plays with all three of mine regularly. No issues. Short of kinking a hose purposefully or pulling down hard on the pump which could cause damage to the hose connection I don’t see any issue with anything the lady’s would want to do to your other two real testicals

I also enjoy ball play. In my current state, about 60 days post-surgery, I still have soreness associated with the "new neighbor" as it were, but that is getting better all the time. I was able to successfully maneuver around there with my hands while masturbating the other day without much issue.

My AMS pump is positioned behind my balls. Standing, or in an upright position, everything hangs together, and the pump is less discernible. In recent weeks, I've been with a few men who have handled (or more) my balls, and none noticed, or they didn't say anything if they did.

When I'm on my back though, my balls fall to the side and the pump sticks out in a lump since it's more fixed. If someone were looking or feeling around, they would notice. I haven't been in that situation yet, but I would avoid it if I was trying to hide the pump. If it were a situation where I might end up like that, I would probably mention the implant beforehand.

No. Can cause wear.
