It needs to be developed (currently vaporware), clinically trialed to prove it actually works, and be approved by the FDA. That will take more than a couple years, at least 5 and again, no guarantee it will work. I'm all for new technology, but how much of your life do you want to lose waiting? You'll wait for this to come out. In the meantime you'll read about another new ED treatment & decide to wait for it. In the end, you'll always be waiting for the newest treatment. I.E. you'll miss out on years of a sex life for naught.

your 22 and have ed? its always a bit surprizing when i read of young guys that have ED. I was a walking hard on at that age . to the point it could be a problem . i went on a date in my 30s and when i brought the girl into the restaurant, i had to put one hand in my pocket to try to hide my boner that just would not go away .
trying to hiding it did not work , the waitress had a big smirk on her face ,haha [ and the date ended well , with me getting it in the car and then at home at the apartment ]
but it makes me suspect american food and possibly the crap they are sprayng in the sky in the chem trails .

If that's what American food did for you, please tell us what you had so we can benefit also! :D

okay so they currently have a list of upcoming "prioritized products" this list includes 5 products to be developed. potencyflow is not even in that list, it is under "follow-on products" where they state, that they will keep working on those follow-on products AFTER the prioritized products are developed, aproved and released. So you really think, that "in a few years" potency flow, which is nothing more than an IDEA will be available? in "a few years" it wont even be up for clinical trial, and far from being aproved or ready to use.

If you want to spend your twenties with waiting for a product that maybe will be continued to be worked on, go for it. Maybe you are very lucky and you only live your 20s and 30s without an erection and get potency flow in your 40s! that would be great, wouldnt it?

next funny thing is, they state, that you can close veins via surgery, but only after a few years, new vessels will form and the closed vein wont block the blood from escaping anymore. then they state, that their device will block the bloodflow in the vein. so...?? in this case no new vessel formation or what... but.. now that i think about it and read your post again:

You 100% did not get how this device is meant to work. You said it will pump blood in your penis? no it wont. If you ED is caused by not enough blood going to your corpora, this device is useless. It only hinders blood from escaping the penis. You need to be able to get engorgement and bloodflow, otherwise this device is useless.

So in short, this device is not even under developement, its an ide. No description on how it works, only buzz-words. Also not on their list of products they will work on in the near future. Also you did not understand what this device does.

So, you’re 22, suffer from ED, and are going to hold off on an implant until something new called potency flow is developed.

There are still too many unknowns in your equation.

Are you on PDE5 inhibitors (Cialis, Viagra, Levitra)? How do they work?

Are you on injectables? Bimix, Trimix, Quadmix, Caverject? Again, do they have an effect?

If you’re young with ED but have some workarounds-a 100 mg Viagra and leather cock ring-then I say wait as long as you can.

In fact, unless your ED goes refractory (it doesn’t respond to more conservative treatment) I’d suggest an implant is not the first line treatment of choice.

Now, if you’ve tried all those and they don’t work and your option is implant or celibacy I’d say you’re making a poor choice.

But somehow I suspect you’re looking at skipping all of the intermediate treatments and going directly to implant, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

I was 31 when diagnosed but I had ED my entire life. It’s just that I was in such good shape that my cardiovascular system could overcome the leakage and give me an erection that lasted long enough to finish….which, back then, seldom took very long.

Vascular surgery in the future was the pie-in-the-sky idea for the future of ED in 1987. We see how that worked out.

guys the thing is is that implant sounds great however im avoiding implant and viagra as much as possible for now to avoid complications.

i just have little bit of hope that when im at 30 or 40 years old i can have this new technology which seems more good than implant to me, until then im gonna enjoy being single.

if it really doesnt work then im just gonna get a malleable at age 40 and call it a day

I’m sorry. I’m not really buying this.

You say that you are a 22-year-old, suffer from ED, but are reluctant to take Viagra because of the complications.

What complications are you talking about? Viagra is usually well tolerated even though it did not work great for me, it was helpful, and the only side effects were a dull headache and a bit of indigestion. I was more than willing to put up with the headache, in fact, it was kind of funny. My wife always had that headache before sex and I always had that headache afterwards.

A prudent individual will follow what is considered the most conservative and logical process toward solving their ED problems. You start with oral medications. If those don’t work well, you advance to VED or injection therapy. And then only after everything else his proven unsatisfactory do you consider an implant.

Waiting around indefinitely for a cure, which may never be developed or approved just strikes me is incredibly unwise. If you truly are afflicted with ED what you really need to do is see a doctor and start the process to find which prescription medication and what dosage will work for you.
