So I came home last night. Had an out patient surgery at Henry Ford in Detroit. Got their at 930 left at 5. Staff were good The 2 women who came and got me were cracking jokes down the long walk to the O.R. They moved me over. prepped me and in 10 mins I was out. Dr. Amarnath Rambhatla is the surgeon. He has been great and I feel very hopeful. They kept me 20% inflated and When I went this afternoon to get the Cath for about a half hour we were worried out they left me unwrapped. The bruising is not bad not any where what I expected. I am not sore or in pain Just what I would say is tender. I know he used a Boston device. Not sure at this point of the size I asked and he said he inserted 21cm plus 1 When I asked him why he selected that he told me it was what he thought would work best with my anatomy. Sitting is fine and I was out driving with my wife to get the cath out and to do some errands, all in all we were out about 4 1/2 hours and I was able to sit fine. Only thing I am puzzled about was why they left me unwrapped. For about 30 mins we were worried that they were going to want to put the cath back in(that was a big no go for me) I never tried so hard in my life to pea.

Congrats, and welcome to the brotherhood! Next few weeks are likely to be rough as you recover, but it will all be over soon and you’ll have a great hard dick!

Welcome aboard.
Keep everything clean and disinfected in your home.
Keep that Ice bag near.
Keep ahead of the pain.
The first 4 days are going to be rough.
Prepare accordingly.

Welcome aboard, good luck with your recovery, I understood little in your post, like you were out after 10 minutes, after how many days did you go out shopping with your wife, you said they put a Boston on you 22 + 1, 22 is just titan coloplast, maybe you should write something more precise to understand

Congrats on moving forward. As mentioned, the next couple of weeks might be tough as you heal up. No bandaging makes me wonder too as that can possibly leave you open to infection. Hope all goes well for you.

I am sorry if I was a little still out of it. I did change it. He said it was 21cm and then he said something about 1. From what I think I understand they implant both inside the body and inside the Dick. I do not know in my case as I have not received anything from the procedure yet. Like I have read some other people post they left me 20% inflated so now I am walking around with a little chubby. I am thinking I will get that information on the 10th when I go for my first follow up.

Sounds like you have an AMS 700 (LGX or CX?) 21cm with 1cm RTE. They made proximal (inside the body) and distal (outside - the part of the penis we see) measurements to determine the length of your implant. I was wrapped and catheterized for the first 24 hours, then he left me unwrapped after they took out the catheter, but I had to keep it pointed straight up noon for the next three weeks. Most guys seem to go with jock straps for this (surprisingly the hospital provided me with one).
Hope everything continues to be smooth sailing!

Hey I will and Thanks Good luck to you. So far it has been good. Not a lot of bruising or pain. I have only needed to use the 600 Tylenol or motril pills for pain.
