How long does it take for swelling to go down and get your full penis size back?

I think it retracts after surgery

It happens so gradually it’s hard to say. By 3-4 months I was half way back or 1/2” short still. By 6-8 months maybe a 1/4” away and somewhere around 10-11 months all was back fully to size plus a little xtra girth I never had in my memory! Best advise is cycle the thing, do some Perito exercises and let time take care of it. Stop measuring. Maybe every 3 months or so break out the tape! I think some of it is swelling and some is the cylinders stretching out a bit and of course your cavernous tissue stretching out. And I felt that the more I cycled the more the swelling hung around. Maybe after 6 months things felt back to normal.

What Rider said.

My advice: plan on it taking a full year.

Don’t agonize about it. At 3 months your swelling is gone but you’re a bit shorter. Three more months you’ve gained a little but you’re still not there. You’re close enough to original size that you probably don’t care, your dick works great. So fuck your brains out and quit worrying.

Go back and check again at the year mark. That ought to be as close as you’re gonna get. I was less than 1/15th of an inch from my original size. I’m pretty typical: you get back to original size or the difference is so small that it’s irrelevant.

I know you got a malleable. Did you switch back to an inflatable or get another malleable after your revision questions you had posted?

For size (girth), inflatables will help you with the tissue expanding capabilities with cycling.

For malleables, I would just recover and measure again after 6 months.

I know you got a malleable. Did you switch back to an inflatable or still have a malleable after your revision?

For size (girth), you can't beat the inflatables with its tissue expanding capabilities with cycling.

I didn’t do the revision. I got an opinion from Clavell that I’ll regain the length. He says after a year, surgical retraction causes penile length decrease.

Great. Did he examine you in a video call? What else did he examine to address your undersizing concerns? I remember you were very concerned about that.

Yes. He says I was not undersized. I have a regicon with a 20cm and 1 rte. I may just have a. Short crux is what he said. And all length will return in a year.

I would definitely take Dr. Clavell’s opinion seriously. Yes, I’m biased, but I completely trust him.

Out of curiosity, did you receive a different opinion from others you’ve consulted?

Ashish called me and the surgeon a bastard and then told me I need a revision. Lol!
