FMLA leave approval

Has anyone had FMLA leave approved for IPP? I am pretty sure I qualify for the serious medical condition with T2 diabetes.
Im just curious and will be seeing Dr. Clavell this week and will ask him also.

Yes. Your surgeons office will be able to help you with that.

Yes My company gave me the forms. I gave them to my doctors staff as I was in pre op My doctor filled them out and gave them back to me before I had my surgery. AS I was in recover I got a text from my company that everything was great and my leave was approved.
