First post op follow up
i had my first post op appointment today. Th PA came in looked at my incision. Told me everything looked great. She then said she was going to deflate me some as they left me at 20%. So I have read a lot of good information here I sure wish someone would of told me how much deflating hurt. It felt as if she was pushing a needle into my sack.

Yes, that first inflation/deflation can be a real ouch. Still lots of bruising and swelling keeping things tender for a while.
I hurt for a week after doc tried to deflate me at my 2 week follow up.

The first is the worst. It gets easier the more you use it.

First deflation was painful, it happened the day right after surgery for me. The nurses also pulled on the pump which was horrible.
