Doppler ruled out venous leak. Unsure how to proceed.

So I had a Doppler done that showed 0 outflow but my inflow was about 28 so it was a little sup par. When injected, my erection wouldn’t go down for almost two hours so they had to inject me with the antidote. Do you think this definitely rules out a physical issue? I was really considering getting the implant because I have trouble maintaining erections but now I don’t know. Maybe the injection was so strong it overcame the leak? How would you guys proceed?

The same thing happens to me, I had flow 0.
But I can't maintain an erection with pills.
I am thinking of using injections, the implant seems a bit extreme to me.
