Since on this websites there are now lots of people from Europe I decided to make a list of the high volume doctors we know in Eu in the case someone need it.
Of course it's subjective in terms of how good i think they are, but here on FT I mostly heard good experience with them.

Oh yes, he is excellent, one of the best German urologists and an extremely pleasant person too.
BTW Why is his name not mentioned in your Signature?
