Feeling tubing under the left side of shaft

Recently implanted 4 weeks ago. Recovery has been going well, but one thing I am starting to notice as my scrotum is starting to deswell, is tubing protruding out the left side of the base of penis, where the protrusion is really in the scrotum where it meets the shaft on the underside. Not the actual shaft itself.
Does anyone have this problem and has it negatively affected their sexual experience at all? I just don’t really see how a partner wouldn’t be able to feel the tubing, especially if they bottom out.
Granted, I’m still in the recovery stage and still have some swelling, and not at cycling stage yet, and I know that the tubing has to go somewhere, but right now it just feels hard around the bottom of my shaft and specially on the left side.

Did not have that issue with AMS, but very much an issue with revision to Titan.

Give it time. It took me close to 6 months to not feel all the tubes, pump and cylinders. They will soften a bit and find their place before long.

I have the AMS 700 and am having a little soreness there also. It fine with and erection and during sex but tender when flaccid. I have posted a photo under Men's Penises near to the end of the pages. Is that what you a speaking of? Please post your progress here. I'm following and let us know. I have an appointment with the DR . at the end of September.

Any problems during sex for you at all with the Titan?

Thank you. So was the tubing prominent and palpable for you at the beginning and then it moved deeper into your scrotum as you start to use it more often?

I looked through your pictures I think your protrusion is on the shaft itself? Mine is really more in the scrotum where the scrotum meets the shaft, where the tubing goes up to the reservoir, is yours palpable?

Bumping this thread to see if anyone’s experienced this in the early days of recovery and if it got better!

I had that problem with my first implant, the tubing seemed to bunch up and push out just below the base of penis in the scrotum. It got better with tugging on the pump and cycling but not perfect. With the revision surgery, the doc was able to create a nice, deep pocket and immediately after surgery I had no issues with the "bulge" of the tubing like i did before. It may be how deep they get for the corpora and the angle of how the tubing comes out - but i suspect in my 1st case was surgeon related since it was immediately corrected with the second surgery.
Hope that helps but i would try to tug on the pump few times a day at this point to see if you can straightening on the bulge of tubing if its excessive amount.
