How does Cycling affect size?

Hello there!
So I think it is very clear and everybody here knows, that if you have initial size loss, you are able to get some back if you stick to your cycling routine, after your doc cleared you to do so.
But how, talking about Titan, Infla 10x, or AMS CX does it work? Like what ist the sience behind it?
If those implants dont expand in length, only in girth, how can the growing/stretchin occure? Are they still expanding in length, although it is stated they dont? I have read a few times about size differences from flaccid to erect with a Titan. That shouldnt be the case, right?
So can anyone explain to me, why your new bionic member will grow (back) in lenght over the course of months if you cycle, if the implant is the same lenght flaccid, 40% inflated or fully inflated? I have read threads about guys losing 1,5 inches initially after surgery and getting them back via cycling for 8-12 months. Where are those 1,5 inches coming from?

There are others who can explain it better than me, but my personal experience is this:
I was implanted June 3, and after 6 weeks I began cycling. It was just over 5 inches erect. Yikes. I was 6 7/8 pre-op.
But cycling is showing growth in both girth and length. On Sept 3 I was about 6 inches erect. I plan to measure only once per month, bone-pressed from the top. The side measure is not correct and will add false length.
You are stretching and softening the cylinders and your little friend as you cycle and stretch it all out. Plus, I think cycling is fun now. It hurt and was difficult for the first month.
From what I have seen on FT, a dedicated cycle for 12 months should get you back to at least close to your pre-op length. Size varies, so maybe a little less and maybe a little more.

My dr does publicity work for Boston Scientific & was involved in academic work early in his career. He told me that the CX does in fact grow some. Just not a lot. Boston Scientific chooses to not give it any publicity. No idea why they don't. Anyway, if I remember correctly he said it was around 3%. I suspect that all implants have the potential to grow a little. Likely it depends on the strength of the tunica & how dedicated an owner is with his cycling routine.

Stampede was implanted 3 days before me. I was implanted 9/12/2024. I informed my doctor I will be cycling very aggressively and to ensure that I will not run out of fluid from my reservoir.
Stampede is 30 YO studly looking dude.
I am 67 YO that endured months of atrophy after COVID affected numerous aspects of my body.
I plan to contribute to this thread over the coming months. I am working on my journal so stay tuned for updates.
One way or another I will find out how cycling contributes or not to my personal progress.
I love a challenge so game on!

don't worry about size, with a titan 26cm you are well above average

Everyone, including me, is afraid to not cycle. I’m still not sure whether or not it really matters. This thing feels like a garden hose inside me…I’d actually be shocked if cycling does anything to these cylinders

Don't worry just use it I don't cycle I don't want to wear it out. It works at 100% 100% of the time. Beyond effective. Ridiculous. Conserve and enjoy until.......

I think the key thing is cycling and having an experienced surgeon. Most high volume implanters will try to conservatively try to "oversize" at the time of surgery without over doing it to risk the implant popping out of the corpora. They expect that as you cycle, your tunica will expand. My surgeon compared it to tissue expanders for breast reconstruction - it is designed to stretch out the covering. He also pushes for the vacuum device even after the implant placement for those looking to get the most girth/length after implantation.

At my three month check up after the implant surgery, Dr Eid told me to back off on the cycling to three times a week plus sex
He said that the cylinders do not elongate, so there would be no further increase in length, but they will, slightly, increase in girth over time. He said that the aggressive cycling only creates quicker wear and tear on the device, especially in the bending back and forth of the tubing during pumping up.
