I want to feel where my implant ends.

Simple. When deflated that is where it hinges. Use your fingers. The very end will be hard. you can feel it inside of you.

The rear tip extender is located on the.....uh.....rear tip, which is deep in your crus. The RTEs are not where your implant "hinges" or even where it folds over.

Although I've never tried, and have no interest in trying, you're not going to feel the RTEs with your finger. If you can, call 911.

Of course I have an inflatable. No RTE's but obviously there is an end. Mine let me know where they were. Just short of my rectum. During my recovery period. I probably had more discomfort in my perineum area than the glan area. I have a deep proximal distance. This implant is anchored solid.

I found my rte im just a bit weirded that my implant and penis are almost same length … I’m fat I thought fat guys have deep proximal

I've never heard of a correlation between weight & the proximal measurements. Even if you have a prominent fat pad. The proximal is measured from where the dr enters the crus. While the bone pressed penis length is from the pubic bone going forward. Those can be very different places.

My proximal is almost half of my total implant length. Mainly cause my crus goes almost to my rectum. Once fully pumped up my erection is very ridgid. It has a deep root for my body to hold onto. But my fat pad is actually not very big, thankfully.

That’s weird- my proximal part is very small as my penile length is same as implant length almost. Is that why mine wobbles ?

That’s weird. My proximal is small as my penile length is same almost as implant. Also, my diameter rods are narrow (11). Is that why my erection wobble?
