Hi So I am 2 weeks out and I was just wondering if anyone else out here rides a bike? Its my main form of exercise and I was wondering after watching the Boston Sci Video if Biking was a safe activity to do? What about Bowling, Golf or swimming for that matter.

I am a avid rider and am just starting to get back on a bike. I am 5 weeks out. I did a small 3 mile ride on a mountain bike and did not have pain during the ride but was a little sore after the ride. I did not use riding shorts but will next time. I'm hoping the shorts keep everything in place. I'm slowly starting up on Golf, Hiking and Pickleball.

Give it a few more weeks, make sure all your incisions are. Healed up. After that you will know your limits to begin with. Heal up first though and you should be cycling by then as well.

I ride between 50-75 miles a week. No issues whatsoever. I wear regular compression shorts under regular basketball shorts. I was riding 4 weeks after surgery.

As far as I know, there are no limitations in terms of sports. These implants are more durable than your OEM penis, if it didn't ruin your old penis, it won't ruin your new one.

Hsteacher44,
I thought I was going to have problems with the 3rd brother down there. I ordered some no nose saddles, the Hobson and one other one, but those seats were awkward, you’re sitting on top of the saddle rather than your sit bones straddling the saddle. After about 5 weeks everything was healing up nicely and I went back to my original saddle an ISM PL 1.1 40 and I haven’t had any problems since. I’m at almost 3 years out from surgery and I cycle a lot, between 100 to 185 a week. Yeah, every once in a while you’ll feel the third nut, but very seldom. I do wear some Jockey Sport bikini briefs under my cycling bibs to hold the boys in place. The third nut finds its place and doesn’t interfere or hurt.
Good luck on your surgery and PM me if you need more questions answered.
