Hello, good afternoon, I have some questions about the post-operative period. I have had an AMS 700 cx implant for a little over 3 weeks. My question is whether people with small penises also experience loss of length. Before the surgery I had an erect penis measuring 14 cm 5.5 inches. I would like to know the experience of someone with approximately the same measurements and to know how much of a loss they made. I would like to know how long after the surgery you started pumping and riding a bicycle.

I was about 5 inches before the implant and am now just under that, maybe 4.5 I guess. What complicates matters is that the glans doesnt engorge the way it used to and that believe it or not seems to change the overall length slightly. If I take viagra and the glans is fully engorged though (ie like right before ejaculation) then I think the measurement is back around 5 inches.

I dont remember exactly how long it took to start pumping, but it was as soon as the pain and swelling was reduced enough which takes a few weeks.

I was slightly over 5" before surgery with peyronies. I'm a little over 3 months out from surgery now, and I started to cycle about 7 weeks after surgery. Now when my glans are fully engorged i'm about 0.25" shorter. I'm very hopeful to gain my original size back based on my doctors experience and people's experience here. implanted with 21cm Titan.

A 21 cm titan isn’t small, it’s a great size. 5” isn’t small, it’s a great size

Luis, at three weeks I wasn’t allowed to do any pumps. At 6 weeks when I was cleared for cycling the implant, I could barely get in 10 pumps because it hurt so bad.
At 3 months, I was around 5 1/2 inches because I don’t think I was getting if fully inflated because of pain.
At 6 months I was at 6 to 6 1/4 inches and that’s where I’m at today after 3 years.
You must have had the infrapubic install since you’ve been able to pump.
I’m an avid road bike cyclist and I got back on my bike at 4 weeks. It was still a little tight in the saddle for another month, but after two months I was back to my regular mileage per week at 100 to 150 miles.

Im confused, are you asking for yourself? 5.5 inches is not small. Or do you mean girth?

After RP, 2.5 years of being soft and tiny and four implants, I am 4-7/8" long and about 5" girth. I think I was about 6" before prostate cancer. I'm thrilled with my hard little friend. Yes, I wish it were bigger (and I was taller, thinner and richer). Some girls I really satisfy. Others really satisfy me. It's great, good luck man!

When I took off my pants she said "who do you expect to satisfy with that little thing". I smiled and said "myself"!

I was implanted about 9 weeks ago now. I would have been around the same as you prior to surgery, maybe a little less. Was under 10cm length after surgery which was a huge shock. Currently at 11cm after cycling since week 2/3. Had about a week in-between I was told not to cycle for due to an infection.
