MRI and gall bladder surgery

Postby Rider1400 » Wed Sep 25, 2024 10:28 am

So over last few months been having sporadic terrible stomach cramps with bouts of throwing up. Got so bad I wound up in ER about 4 weeks ago and ct scan shows nothing and sent home with diagnosis of stomach virus and a 8,000 bill which my part was 1,100 out of pocket. This past Sunday nite same thing with excruciating pain and throwing up this time ER got CT and showed nothing but I insisted it was gall bladder. They ordered a MRI. At this point I got my card out with info on MRI and implants. They took it to the tec who called coloplast and agreed on the amount of Tesla or whatever that is and said the 5 allowed would be plenty. Did MRI with no issues, shows enlarged gall bladder and many stones! Surgery today at 3:00. So if your worried about MRIs and your implant just have the info available and at least for my circumstances it wasn’t an issue at all! Between this latest visit and surgery I’ll hit my max of $3,500 out of pocket max so will finally be getting the hearing aids I’ve been needing for years!! Getting older is NO fUN! At least I have a hard dick!!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
