1 month after implant

Good evening, could someone help me with a few questions, please visit my urologist today, after 1 month after the surgery, he taught me how to use the pump but I felt a lot of pain when I activated it. It hurt a lot when I pressed the pump and the corpora cavernosa. I wanted to know if It is normal, I can give 4 pumps and I feel that the pump is very hard. I was also scared with the size because pumping to the maximum my penis was thin and 12 cm long. It has always been 14 cm and it really disappointed me.

my questions are
Is so much pain normal when pumping?
How many times should I activate the prosthesis and for how long?
And if anyone knows of a case of this size loss, please give me some advice to recover the size. This part of it really makes me complex. Before, I already thought I was small, but seeing the result disappointed me.

I would like to attach photos but it seems that the file is too large

I have an ams700 cx prosthesis. I am 27 years old. Please use the translator. Sorry if it is difficult to understand. Thank you very much to those who have answered my previous questions.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have made very normal progress for your first month.

Please allow me to address some of your concerns.

Many men experience some pain and discomfort when first activated. I didn’t have what I would call really bad pain in the penis, but I was very swollen and uncomfortable trying to squeeze the bulb in a crowded and swollen scrotum. At one month you may think the swelling is gone, but typically there is remnant swelling for 3 months or even longer. Time and healing takes care of this.

I found it difficult to even feel the pump contract or expand. It was very hard, como una piedra. Like a rock. When your pain begins to subside, try for more squeezes. I use a scissor grip of left hand thumb and forefinger and use my right hand to squeeze the fingers holding the bulb. I’ll typically put 50 or 60 squeezes or even more…but they’re very short, momentary squeezes.

Do not worry about your size. If you are only down 2 cm after a month you’re doing great. I started out at 17.4 cm. A month after surgery I was maybe 12-13 cm. Cycling (pumping and deflating the device) is going to stretch the tissues which have reacted to the surgical assault as well as scar tissue.the vast majority of guys end up back at their original size, or within .5 cm. I ended up losing .1 cm, and there’s nothing wrong with being 17.3 cm long. To be honest, there’s nothing wrong or abnormal with being 12, 13, or 14 cm either. You should expect to regain a lot of your lost size between 3-6 months. The rest will come slowly but by a year you should be your original size or very close to it.

How often to cycle? Your doctor should have provided some guidance. If he did not it would be difficult to go terribly wrong by using common sense and good judgment. Inflate 2 or .3 times a day to where you feel stretch, maybe a little discomfort, but no excruciating pain. Stay pumped up if your schedule permits at least half an hour up to a ful hour.

You mentioned pics. You can shrink or compress them to fit into a post. But for educational purposes here is a link to my before, during, and after. The after are recent….nearly 5 years later. I might be slightly bigger but not outrageously so-I’m certainly not porn star talented-so maybe this will give you an idea of what to look forward to.

I’ll just caution you the worst is over with but now patience is key.

hey man how you doing now? i guess its only been a few days.
I just got an implant and noticed the size length, it looks similar to yours actually, maybe around 12cm, hoping I can stretch it out over few months....

i am happy with how it looks and thickness though, a girl on top would at least work right now I would imagine but my favourite doggy/side positions might be not possible with how small it is haha
