So I’m trying to pump this thing up, but squeezing the pump through my sack hurts like hell. Does this go away eventually?

I use a dry microfiber towel for comfort and grip of the pump bulb. Your new pump will be tight for about 6+ months. Find a technique that works for you where the bulb doesn't slip out. My pump is on the right side and I use 2 fingers under the bulb to secure it from slipping and then I use my right thumb to press the bulb using all 3 at the same time top and under it. You should feel an initial pop of the bulb and then I basically give the bulb CPR type compression.

Sitting in a hot tub warms the pump to make it easier to squeeze the bulb. The more you practice the easier it gets.

Yes it will hurt. Yes the pain will go away. Don't forget to give your pump a little pull down a couple of times a day.

If I remember correctly. I think my early pumping successes were measured in about 5 pumps. As thing soften up. I gradually got up to the upper 20's. Once my length & girth recovered. My total pumps declined to about 15. I pretty much can not squeeze anymore in.

My pumping coach suggested to use very tiny squeezes early on. It fills your cylinders just fine but doesn't hurt as much. If pumping causes too much pain. Try the small gentle squeezes for the first few weeks. The most important thing is to fill your cylinders a couple times a day. If it hurts then you might be inclined to skip pumping. Good luck.

Yes, the pain will eventually go away. And while I'm at it, the Pump will get softer. You can read any of my posts. I was about to give up on this Implant. Several brothers in here convinced me not to give up.....Just hang there. I even had a meeting with the AMS Support people. One thing that will help you....."Take a warm SIT bath or a Hot Shower before cycling." I also used a Hand held Shower and let hot water spray on the scrotum for several minutes. This was finally my solution. To net it out.....The entire procedure from Operating Room to Healing was rated a 8 - 10. But the Pump (Cycling) was rated a 1 or 2 at best. I even took pain pills when I started Cycling. Your days will get better.
