Best implant urologist in France

Hi everybody,
I hope to get more information on the best implant urologists in France. There is a clear lack of testimonies from French people and people implanted in France, perhaps because of the language barrier, or because somehow very few French know about Franktalk.
The one urologist I have identified and that I so far trust the most is Dr. Sébastien Beley. He does 50/100 implants per year, operates in a private clinic but most of the costs are covered by social security, which, combined with my private insurance, means that I would have (close to) nothing to pay. He has excellent reviews online, and makes plenty of videos on Youtube to talk about implants and men's sexual health in general.
On the other hand, I have never exchanged with any of his patient, so I do not know if his patients are satisfied (Google reviews may be about penile implants, but they could also correspond to other, less invasive treatments). I really want to get the best surgical outcome from this delicate procedure. I am only 30 years old and cannot afford to have a botched implant at such a young age. I see a lot of people going as far as the US to get their implant, spending several thousand dollars, in the hope of getting the best surgery possible. What would you do if you were me, given the information above? Should I trust the French medical system and go for what appears to be one of the best French urologist, even though he probably does fewer implants than someone like Eid, Perito, or Clavel?
Thanks in advance.
