No, Penuma implant should not be done if you have a penile implant. The high volume Penuma implanter near me won't even give you one if you have malleable or ipp

Ligament cut to make your penis longer ? so if you did then it would go past the end of your malleable rods resulting in a floppy end ,correct ?

No my ligaments are just tight as fuck , also the malleable are fixed rods the ligament cut doesn’t affect the rods

my point is that if that procedure makes your dick longer , the glans might extend past the rods and assuming you cant get or keep an ercetion , especially with a implant that destroys the tissues that fill with blood .
then your glans might extend past the rods and have no support ,resuting in floppy glans .
if you had a ipp that is known to be able to expand in length ,that might not be a problem . but malleables are set in length and girth .

i found s.korea to be a better deal cost wise for HA fillers and quality service/ product. idk if they do fat transfer though .
