What routine do you follow to regain your size? I read that 1 month after the operation is too early to judge the size I will have but what do they do to recover what was lost and for how long?

Have you had your operation yet ? There's things you can do before surgery. After surgery , it's cycling and ( gentle ) VED use .

If I had surgery 1 month ago with ams700 cx from 14 cm I went to 12 cm

Cycle, twice a day...every day!
Pump to the max, hold for 10 minutes, then release fully. Three times each session.
Mayo Clinic recommended doing this for the first year after your doctor releases you to begin cycling.
