That should be fine. I got extensive tooth work done including extraction after about 7-8 months.

It is believed to cause infections caused by bacteria entering the bloodstream during dental procedures such as cleanings, tooth extractions, gum disease treatments...

I doubt a bacteria can go from the tooth to your penis. If it were like that, nobody would be able to get any type of surgery after an implant

Please consult your penile implant surgeon, who can recommend your antibiotic prophylaxis based on your specific risk-benefit profile. Extra care should be taken by those who are immunocompromised and while there are general recommendations, there's no one size fits all in medicine.

Here's one example:
Dental Work After Hip or Knee Replacement: What are antibiotic recommendations to prevent infection

Quoting from an orthopedic implant website:
Why Antibiotics Are Necessary
After a joint replacement, there's an increased risk of bacteria from the mouth entering the bloodstream during dental procedures and potentially infecting the new joint. To decrease this risk, antibiotics can be prescribed by your dentist and taken before your procedure.
