Stretchy skin on penis

Do I need to be worried about length/girth changes over time since I have more than I remember stretchy skin on the penis. I am circumcized and has AMS install recently. Have been using for sexual activity and has been excellent! When I'm fully inflated though notice some looseness of the skin only, the cylinders are rock hard. With arousal and some foreplay notice the head gets full and more girth with more blood full that corrects a lot of the skin stretch width wise, but what about length wise. I'm not too worried at this point, because I've started to gain some of my original length back with cycling but just gauging others experience with this.

I do not have any publications on the CX. But the study of the LGX and Titan did show that the Titan did expand in length a little bit. Not as near as much as the LGX. Even with my LGX I have loose skin also. In my healthy youth I can remember my skin being tight and my circumcision scar being painful with erections. The scar tissue would even tear a bit from time to time.

As I am in my late 60's I have a lot of loose skin. Low hanging testicles, and other places also. I think it is part that and part that the 3rd erectile body around my urethra is not fully engorged as it was in my youth. Even a bit of the cylinders not matching my fully engorged youth size.

But it works now. Nothing worked for me except a VED before surgery. And this is a lot better than that.

Thank you - I'm not overly concerned, but just a thought. I did pretty loose scrotal skin and skin band connecting on my penis from my scrotum that was removed with a scrotoplasty at the time of my implant so the scrotum and the base on the penis is now much better. The "looseness" is really just further on the penis - not too bothered by it, hopefully will continue to improve, but will inquire with my surgeon about it when i see him next.
