Floppy glans immediately after implant? Also called hypermobile glans

Hi everyone.

I got recently implanted by Dr Karaman on October 11th 2024 (8 days as of this writing). When i asked him if everything went normal. He did mention that my glans is a bit hypermobile.

I noticed immediately when the bandages were removed, that the tip of the cylinder does not reach the glans, it stops before. Causing the glans to be wobbly. I also notice the "concorde" effect, which is when the head of the penis is pointing slightly down compared to the rest of the penis (like the concorde airplane when it lowers the front for landing). I am guessing i am 50-60% inflated post op.

I've been worrying about this for the past week, and i wonder if anyone got this situation when implanted?

Does the cylinder push further inside your glans after a few months when you are cycling? or it usually stays always in the same place?

If anyone had any experience about it would be appreciated.

Worth noting that i have the rigicon infla 10 AX model which expands in length. I have a slight hope that over the months, cycling this type of implant will fill the gap. But can't help being worried.

I actually suggest you get a second opinion from someone like Dr. Tariq Hakky. This is most porbably just because you were undersized and the doctor did not go far enough into the glans.

I've seen this come up a couple of times in the thread and pretty much always undersized.

I can only speak about my experience. The first thing my drs nurse did at my first followup appointment at day 3. She verified that my tips were mid way into my glans. She then said I was sized correctly.

I have a Rigicon 10 mallabble .. 6=2023 //2-2024 noticed glans more floppy and right rod trying to come out sideways past tip ..ended up I was undersized and had to have a revision 6-2024 .. went from 13mm x 17cm to 13mm x 20cm .. big difference .. so far has solved the glans issue but has caused other issues ..

For good glans engorgement and tissue oxygenation, consider daily Tadalafil under medical guidance. Ongoing strengthening of scar tissue will also add additional support. A Glanspexy procedure usually addresses the hypermobility. If these does not improve, a revision surgery with appropriately sized cylinders might be required in the future.

I would say calm down. During the first few weeks its way too early to start passing judgement. When i started cycling i could feel the stretch in the glans from the tips pushing in and getting set. So I'd say give it a minimum of 6 months before any crazy talk of revisions.

My cylinders were down out of my glans a few days after surgery. On day 19 I was cleared for cycling. My doctor advised it was very important to inflate to the max to get the tips back up into the glans. My LGX expands like your AX. Just follow your cycling protocol when you are cleared to cycle and make sure you inflate to the max. You might also try gently pulling your glans down on the ends of the cylinders. My cylinder tips are now well up in my glans,

Oh man, thank you so much for this. It is so refreshing to read. Honestly needing a revision immediately after the first surgery is a very depressing though so I have my hopes up that the tips of the cylinders will eventually settle where they should. I am hoping the length expansion of the cylinder will eventually save the day.
How are you feeling about your implant all these years later?
Thanks!

Thank you! What model implant do you have? And do you feel that after some time of cycling the cylinder tips went a bit further into the glans?

I think this forum gave us wrong idea that Turkish and India surgeon can do PENILE but the reality it is coloured people don’t do as well as American implanters.
