Had my AMS 700 CX 21cm for a year and half and cycling it regularly to get size back. Don't get to use it much with the wife. Tonight she decided to let me use my implant and going at it for a while and I'm working hard to finish....
Afterwards she said her Who Who felt stretched out! Said she could definitely tell I'm bigger and a lot more firm now. I had it inflated at about 90% so I have more to go next time.
I have a disability and received this compliment so if you're on the fence about an implant, get one.

That's wery fantastic to hear, I'm at the place right now that I need to do a big decision. Injections works but not so good anymore. Pils are no go. Injections have some delivery problems and i have them 2025 next time. I think it's time for a implant now
Born1984 fit guy from Europe, back surgery and pain medicine caused a bad vl, using shots. All sex with injections at the moment. Considering to go ipp ams 700 surgery in the future...(public health care. I don't know the ams700 model or the surgeon)
