After I Cum, my dick does get a little sensitive after orgasm. But yes, I can keep fucking, it takes me a few minutes before I can start pounding again due to the sensitivity after cuming.

I only deflate after I’ve satisfied my wife and she has an orgasm.

Depends on the day, but often yeah.

Feels... like sex, bit more sensitive just like after you cum.

So there's a physical component and mental component to it, physically, there is no reason to stop in any way. Mentally, you still get post nut clarity and feel like you would anytime after you nutted. If you're normally still horny after you nut, after implant you'll still be horny. If prior to implant you were a want to roll over and sleep kinda person, well, you'll still wanna roll over and sleep. Shrug.
