If you haven’t already, call your implant surgeon’s office. Tell them about the dental procedure you are having and ask if they recommend you take antibiotics, if so, ask they call a script in to your pharmacy.

I had staples in my heel and was told to take antibiotics before all dental work but that was back in the 80's. Since then, things have changed, and the over prescribing of antibiotics have been reduced a lot. I had a root canal and other dental work and was not prescribed any meds after my implant. If your surgeon is out of your home state it is likely that he is not permitted to prescribe meds in your state. You would need to contact your local uro and your dentist office. Even if your local uro says no need your dentist might want you to take an antibiotic. My dentist did one time. Seems they were behind my uro's office on stopping the overuse of antibiotics. Or vice versa. So it is beast to check with both.
