Wow! It sounds like you’ve got AMS equipment LOL.
I don’t know what percentage of AMS recipients go thru this. Based on comments on here I’d guess close to everyone.
Ask your doctor if it’s okay, but the advice mine gave me was identical to GT’s. Nudge, tug, and pull it down. Don’t get violent but a gentle, gradual pressure to cause it to hang lower in the nutsack.
Occasionally they get one that really doesn’t want to cooperate. Mine was that way. My doctor said that we could give it another week or two, but if it didn’t move he could open me back up…probably under a local….and fix it surgically.
A few days later I went to bed with it riding up way high and woke up the next morning to find that it had dropped to an ideal location, where it has stayed ever since.
This is the sort of thing you need to hash out with your surgeon, though. An implant is not just install and forget. Post-op care means resolving all the issues preventing patient from using it to fullest extent.
