I was watching Dr. Perito's video on cycling and he shows bending the penis after pumping it up. Do I do this for the whole 1/2 hour or just a couple of times at first? Thanks for any advice.

If you are going to Perito then ask him. If you are going to a different doctor, then you need to follow that doctors' instructions. Just ask what ever doctor you go to. We are different and so are doctors. Wait time for activation to start cycling will vary from 3 days to 8 weeks. The important thing is to avoid infection. Doctor choice is important. If you don't like your doctors' instructions or trust him/her then go to a different doctor.

Semi45,
Here's what I've found,
#1 DON"T pump the implant to 100%. 50-60% works better
#2 At the beginning, at 50%, hold the penis at the base with one hand then bend down-up-left-right, with the other hand.
#3 Repeat 3-4 times, THEN pump to 100% and hold for 15 minutes, deflate.
#4 Repeat
#5 Do this twice a day, every day

Sorry that your question wasn't answered but you do them how you see fit. The objective is to be able to get some expansion so that you can give it more pumps. It will also come down to pain tolerance. I do about 20-30 seconds on and off in different directions.

Going to follow this protocol, just started cycling myself. Happy with the toy so far. Can see some size regained after a full pump.

So this protocol above, is this to help get used to it / make it flexible / maybe gain more length?

What are the benefits of the Perito exercise?

Hi stmfttr,

I've only been cycling for two weeks, but how do you know when you are at 100%. I pump as far as I can and do get a very stiff erection (probably too stiff). At that stage it's difficult to get any more pumps in (bulb is very hard to depress). But I have no idea if that is 80% or 100%.

Cheers

Brisyl41,
Early on, you are correct. Over time the pump softens. You can't "over pump", the cylinders will only hold so much. Keep maxing!
