Barely any glans blood flow more than 1-year post-op

Hey guys,
Been a while since I posted here! More than 1-year post op with my implant and still very happy with the results. However, unfortunately my glans appears to never get blood flow or expansion during erections. It even seems like it might have ‘atrophied’ a bit due to non-usage.
Any ideas for what I can do to get back blood flow there? I’m starting to try consciously kegeling during inflation now, but it’s only a very temporary expansion before it reverts to a flaccid appearance. Open to any ideas!

I am also interested about what others might recommend.
I would say cock ring could be pretty useful once blood is there and then mayby PDE5 inhibitors or VED to get it there.

An erection created by the implant does not include blood flow to the head/glans. That comes with arousal.

assuming you are aroused: cock ring, PED 5, VED, trimix uthera gel are things that can help

For spontaneity, taking a daily dose of a PDE-5 inhibitor, such as 5mg Tadalafil, is more beneficial than using it on an as-needed basis.
As others have pointed out, an implant will address ED in the corpus cavernosa, but it doesn’t resolve ED within the corpus spongiosum and glans.
Therefore, oral pharmacotherapy or Trimix gel are the options to address this, regardless of implants. Good blood flow also supports overall tissue health and slows the rate of atrophy.

I inflate, then use a VED and cock ring. It makes me longer, thicker, and my glad gets huge.

Did you have glans engorgement before you got the implant? I had an RP where the doctor ripped everything out. 4 years later I started getting consistent blood flow. Getting better with time. I did use trimix gel. it worked but I am allergic to age-1 and had extreme pain when using it.

Did you try sildenafil or tadalafil? Even before the implant i was only getting erections and engorgement with sildenafil. And since the blood supply to the head of the penis is not affected by the implant, it is possible that i will still need it afterwards, i havent confirmed it yet because my implant is very new and havent used it, but i am kind of thinking it will be a possiblity, especially since i had a floppy glans on day 1 since the surgery
