Poll: When did you start Cycling?

Postby Discovernew » Sun Oct 27, 2024 3:44 am

I am very curious when each member started cycling so i created a poll.
I see this is a debated topic as doctors suggest different things.

Also would be nice if you feel the timing was appropriate or if you would have waited longer or done it sooner based on your results.

For me, my Docs protocol was at the 6 week mark, having the Penoscrotal install, I think that was the right amount of time for healing. I still had pain in my scrotum at 6 weeks but it was manageable when squeezing the pump and deflating the implant. I think I managed 10 pumps during my device training at the hospital. I have the AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips, so 10 pumps is probably around 25 percent hardness, but really softness, not enough for penetration.

Some of my FrankTalk Bionic Brothers had the infrapubic install and they started cycling at the 2 to 3 week mark.

I did my 1st cycle in Dr. EID's office on day 3. then 2 x a day for 30 minutes for 3 weeks per his instructions, and I still cycle when I think about it. maybe 3 to 5 times a week. I am about 4 months post op.

I may increase though to increase size. But no worries now about scar tissue. I just do casual cycling... and usually ending with masturbation because... why not :)

thank you, how did you feel about cycling so early? Did you get any swelling in the scrotum because of it?

Instructions provided post op said do NOT touch the pump until the 3 week follow up which could be a “toe curling experience” where the first cycle normally takes place. At that exam I still had swelling in my scrotum that didn’t allow easy access to my pump. I was told to wait until the 6 week exam.
The emphasis centered around pumping up and not being able to deflate. I used infrared heating pad to help with reducing the swelling. At about the 4 week mark I was able to find and squeeze the deflation bars on my Genesis pump. I put a pump in and then deflated completely. I was confident I could cycle without getting stuck in the inflated state.
That’s when I started cycling because I didn’t want the surgical capsule to start forming the “coffin” effect. From everything I read indicates starting to cycle ASAP yields better outcomes.

No, i was icing the first 3 days, and there was not too much swelling. The scrotum skin is thin enough that pumping was not an issue, just painful to get super hard, in face I am still cycling as hard as I can get it and the last 5 or 10 minutes is painful, but thats because I am pumping 100% or as hard as I can.

80% is very hard and very comfortable, and probably what I will use for sex. 100% is just to get growth from it.

Thank you! I was looking at your signature pictures. You had a very good looking penis at 6.5 inches. How much of that did you recover?

And by the way when you pump 100% where do you feel the pain? Is it in the shaft, or glans or the part that goes inside your body?

I am about 6 inches now, maybe a little over, and as far as pain cycling, its mostly in the base, same as others have stated.
I am still doing it a few times a week, and 2x a day if time. but maybe 3 or 4 total a week...

But definatelly happy with things.

I have dog ears, but they don't bother me.... gone if I pump. But I keep as much out as I can for daily routine.
Also from what others have said, the tubes soften over time.

I hope that answers the questions.

By pain at the base, you mean the part that inserts into your body? I notice it behind my scrotum as the part of the cilinder that goes into the body
