Just realized: It is worse than I thought

So, I was recently implanted and very concerned about length loss. You can ready my full stance on that here if you like to:
Devastating analysis

No I just realized it is even WORSE than that.
Reporting those numbers, I was always measuring on top of the shaft. Standard non bone pressed meassurement. 13,5cm/5,3inches

Now I have this solid block of tubing in the top part of my scrotum, slightly offset to the right side. Here, all tubing coming up from the pump and coming from the cylinders meet, build this "knot" of excess tubing and then enters the body.
This "block" is protruding a little to front, pushing my scrotal junk forward, but more important: it is around 2cmx2cmx2cm big, does not move the slightest and has not a milimeter of give to it.
If I meassure now from the underside of my shaft, my USABLE length, I get 10cm/3,9inches
Fuck my life dude. Just read that 9,3cm is considered a micro penis.
I can push as hard as I want, this block does not move and gets painfull if I push too hard.

I read 2 more detailed things about this happen to two other users here. The first said "it softens a little after 14 months" the other said "I had revision finally to reposition the tubing".

Hello stampede

Who is your surgeon?

Maybe you have to contact him and ask him an opinion and an operative plan to gain some cm

Hi Stampede. I see that your picture is flaccid, wouldn't it make sense to take it erect?

Regarding the tubing, is the pump itself in the front of your scrotum or the back?

In my case, the pump is on the back, but i know there is some tubing at the base of the penis and also i still have a lot of swelling in that particular area (the under side of the penis at the base where it meets with the scrotum). So i think waiting for the swelling to go away also would help.

Hey thanks for the encouragement, but yeah, there it goes... this picture was not flaccid but pumped.

I have zero swelling in my scrotum, my pump sits at the bottom of my scrotum on the left side and is free to be manipulated and operated perfectly fine.

When you are erect it is pointing down? Or is it the angle of the picture?

I am not a doctor. But it is very possible that you were undersized due to fibrotic tissue (as i understand priapism can cause fibrosis which can make it not so easy for the surgeon to dilate normally).

If I were you I would get a second opinion, also rigicon has lifetime warranty, so if it needs a replacement it is possible that the implant would be free. If you want you can send me a pm and I will put you in contact with some doctors who work with rigicon.

thanks man! for sure its a little the angle of the picture, but right now in the state i can pump it to, its pointing down around 3:30-4:00. Also it has a downward curve now.
Before the implant, like in my journal/before picture, my penis was straight in all directions and pointing 1:30-02:00

i had no fibrosis or scar tissue. this was confirmed by ultrasound before and after the surgery he said, that it went so immensly smooth, there was just nothing wrong and all tissue was good. so i dont know...

i dont care so much about the warranty, here in germany insurance covers all and everything. I have an appointment with my surgeon next week friday and a second oppinion in december with Dr. Leiber.

Yeah definitely get a second opinion and it's good you don't need to worry about money. And if you plan for your penis to grow and you end up getting a revision, I would say give a try to the AX model. I have 20+1cm like you, I also lost length, but since the implant can grow like 4cm, I have a hope this can adapt to my body over time and compensate the lost length.

You're worrying too much about the numbers.
Google what a micro penis looks like.
You don't have it.
Having a perfect erection on demand, for as long as you like is priceless.
You're going to continue to regain some size over time and with usage.
If you're super concerned about it....you can talk to your doctor about VED usage or stretching. There are mixed reports of that results in anything long term though.
5.16 inches / bone pressed is average in US.
You look fine man. Enjoy what you have and focus more on being an amazing lover than the size of what you're working with.

I recognize the symptoms, and they are the same as I experienced.

Use a vacuum erection device for the length correction…
The vacuum erection device will work.

Also, there is still much more swelling to go down than you realize. That is why there’s not much ability to move the pump much.

Remember having the implant done is a little bit like having a new exotic car in a way - there’s a lot more to get adjusted to - and the main idea right now is there’s a more swelling to go down then you realize. It took me at least three months before it was even close to normal.

how soon do you think is safe to start using the vacuum? and any specific model or routine you used? i am not experienced with them but interested in maximizing my implant also (i am newly implanted)
