vacuum therapy with failed implant

My implant was damaged during the UROFILL procedure. I get four week pumps so I need a revision. I'm going to the Mayo Clinic to have Dr Kohler do it but I first have to get a prostate laser therapy for my BPH. I don't want to lose any length while waiting and wondering if I should use the vacuum pump until I get my revision.

Thanks

Howling8,
At my implant surgeon's appointment, after my Titan failed two months ago, I ask this exact question. His response was that there had been NO medical studies on the use of a VED before a revision procedure. He explained that the cylinders filled the space, in the corpora, so no blood could infill.
However, I am awaiting a revision procedure on Nov. 19th, and I am using a VED, albeit gently, daily, to help the rest of the penile tissue. It feels good, as intercourse is not possible.
Good luck on your revision,
stmfttr

I did the same as stmfttr, it also does move blood to your glans, I did not lose any length or girth after the revision. Good luck and hope it's done sooner than later..

I’ve started using one. My surgeon left a lot of tissue that’s engorges real nice when I use it. Took me awhile to figure it out but now I can pump a nice erection using a Xialla cock ring and a tight silicone ring too. Only position that works is doggystyle but oral is great. My wife’s libido came roaring back to life in the midst after being gone for three years. I think it’s. Wellbutrin. I’m not complaining lol. She’s turned into a wild woman at 60 lol. I’m 70 and really have have a revision sooner than later.

So your implant failed after less than three years? When did it fail?

I went for a UROFILL procedure and the surgeon poked a hole in my left cylinder and the saline solution in the reservoir leaked out.

IMO you're better using using a traction device to retain length and possibly gain length.
