Premature Ejaculation & Implant

I didn’t factor in premature ejaculation during my implant decision making. I assumed I would keep plowing away after ejaculating. But so far, this hasn’t been the case. I’m now 8 weeks post op and have had sex 3 times the first 10 days of trying. Problem is either refractory period is too long (5-10 mins) or penis is too sensitive after orgasm. I have to stop thrusting and exit. Too soon for wife to start to get off, let alone orgasm on her part. Sessions only last 5 mins, 5 mins, and 3 mins.
Very frustrating for she and I. Sex is lasting as long as pre implant. This implant was a personal $30k investment, as insurance didn’t cover.
I’m hoping things improve. Any other guys go through similar journey? Did it improve after a few months?

Give it some more time, it might even be 3-6 months, until all nerves recover and the sensitivity comes back to normal.
Cheers

At about 3 months post surgery, I was a primmie. I was scared as hell, so was my wife. This primmie shyt can not continue. I have never been a primmie in my entire life. Thank God, I eventually returned back to normal. I even consulted my URO to question this primmie crap. I returned back to normal after about 4 months. This primmie shyt was only a short temporary condition, the URO said. He said, it's all in the sensitivity or something like that. That's one of the special things about the Implant......I can bust a nut and still stay inside that warm wet thang, until the wifey is pleased. Give it time, so be patient.....this Implant thing is something that took me awhile to understand.

Sempiternal, it does get better as the months pass, but my dick has always gotten sensitive after cuming.
It took around 4 to 6 months before the sensitivity was much better and I could hang in there and keep thrusting to get my wife off after I had shot my load.
I do have to tell my wife to slow down and stop her strong movements so I don’t cum so quickly.
One of the things that I’ve learned over the years before implant and now after the implant to get my wife off after I’ve orgasmed and I don’t feel like thrusting or waiting for the after cum sensitivity to calm down, is I’ll reach down and grab the base of my dick and and start pulling back and forth against her clit while my dick is still partially inside her. This works 95 percent of the time to get my wife to toe curling orgasm. Try it, you might like it. It gives me a great feeling to get my wife off after I’ve already orgasmed, but I do prefer for us to climax together, but that doesn’t happen all the time.
In the Air Force we called it expedient methods, use what you’ve got to make a situation better

I've been a life long Pre Mature shooter.... Implants won't (may not all) change this. Some men won't have PE after IPP due to changes in nerves. Yes, mechanically you can keep pumping after PE during PIV but for me the refractory period holds me back. I want to get over the hurdle to be the norm going forward. Unfortunately I don't get to use my implant regularly for PIV with my wife to get over the hurdle.
However...as a long time Tri Mix user I kept my script for the Tri Mix numbing gel and apply a dab on my head and rub it in good 15 minutes before sex and I can last as long as I want and actually have to work hard to actually cum during PIV. Hope this information helps you, PM if you have any questions. No my wife vagina doesn't go numb from my gel... it's all absorbed in the head of dick.

Why not just using Dapoxetine against PE? Implant + Dapo 60 mg and I can go for hours!

I’m almost jealous of you guys, because you can actually orgasm PIV! I’m one year after surgery, and have yet to experience it! She doesn’t like to do oral anymore, so a buddy helps me out occasionally.

I tried Dapoxatene before Tri Mix and IPP and it didn't do anything to stop PE. However I will give it another try now that I'm bionic. Send me or post a link where you get yours from please.
