Before I had my penile implant (AMS700) I used a vacuum pump almost daily. Now almost a year post-op surgery I wonder if anyone uses a vacuum pump while having the penile implant!? If so, do you use a vacuum pump while deflated or do you use it while the implant is inflated?

Prior to RP, I used a pump once or twice a week. After RP until IPP, I used it daily. Now, almost three years post implant now only pump once or twice a week with the implant fully inflated.

A dumb question.....Is it safe to use VED when you are pumped to the max? I thought the Implant was to replace the VED.
