So far everything seems to be fine with the implant, but I had a weird experience with it and wanted to see if anyone else ever has as well.
When I first started cycling the implant--I'm now four months in--I felt and heard a loud sound where the right cylinder is anchored at the back. At first I thought I had a break, but it's been working fine. Then, about a month ago, I experienced the same sensation/sound in the left cylinder, higher up, around the left side of my penis. Again, everything seems to be fine.
Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I asked my doctor, and he basically said he had no clue.

Re: Strange Sensation in Cylinder
While I don’t hear any sound, I feel that after s certain number of pumps, the tips of my cylinders pop open a bit. I use this as a marker for when to stop pumping. Post this pop I give another 2-3 pumps and then stop.
Not sure if this is the same thing you are experiencing. I have the titan implant and not the AMS which you have. My wild guess in your case would be that a crinkle in the deflated cylinder opens up on pumping and you hear/feel this sound/pop.

F1, I have the same model implant as you do, but mine is 18cm. I haven't had any loud sounds with mine; that kind of loud sound would freak me out too.
I did have a scare back three years ago when I first started cycling, while I was pumping the pump bulb, it squeezed too easy and I thought that a tube broke, I must have hit something on the pump that caused that because it has never happened again.
Hopefully it's just an anomaly with your internal anatomy where the implant is finding its place.
I hope that it keeps working and you don't have any more problems.

I remember watching in a video, i think from Dr Perito, that he was saying that sometimes while doing exercises people will hear pops in the cylinder, which was a sign that the cylinder was expanding and helping your penis grow, or something like that.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, probably a "crinkle" or expansion, because I can't make sense of it any other way, especially now that time has gone by.
