I don't think it's difficult, especially with AMS 700 LGX. Use a VED for months before the implant. That regains your pre-ED size. Use one after implant too. At least about 30 minutes a day is probably enough. That's backed up my enough studies showing success. There's other bending and stretching exercises that can help, and Perito's THE exercise. The world of penile implants is fortunately passed the era where losing length is a concern, and in fact it never would have been one had the patients who complained did sufficient exercise beyond the ~15 minutes of daily cycling their doctors told them to.
Great to hear you regained over 2” from initially post op to now. Was the gain pretty slow and gradual? I’m an impatient guy but have been disciplined about cycling religiously. How much do you cycle a day?
It was very gradual. Like a centimeter every few weeks or a month. I got back to 8" on New Years. Three weeks later I measured it at 7". Early February, still 8". It'll be good for your mental state if you try not to care very much about your exact size every time you measure. There's tons of variables, like when you measure and your level of arousal and how truly inflated you are instead of hitting the bypass valve and not realizing it. Plus none of us are actually experts at measuring our dicks, lol. Once I kept getting like 8.5" every single time I measured. I wanted to get proof for an album tracking my progress. But once the camera was rolling, I was always a little below. Drove me crazy. I started going in different rooms in my apartment where I got the bigger measurement. Didn't help. The reason? Because when I was just watching porn and stood up to measure I was bending over more without actually realizing it or meaning to. But when recording I'm trying to be all accurate and stood straight up. Well, that has a huge effect on size. So don't even trust your own findings that much. You'll get growth but it won't be fast or consistent.
For how much I cycled a day, I spent some time writing this earlier so might as well re-post it here if it helps anyone.
I was asked in this post:
viewtopic.php?p=240211#p240211jakerip wrote:1. How long do you keep the VED active?
2. How strong on the guage do you make it?
3. I'm just not sure how it works. Once you're done with the pump, do you then inflate the implant more at that time? Or is it that the next time you cycle, you get more pumps?
Thanks

1) I was obsessed with making certain I got every bit of my size back and increased it. Because I'm a dude. And an addict who tries too hard. I had a thing where I never wore pants at home (and still don't) with VEDs always around me somewhere. I think you're asking how long I kept it pumped up, and I'll answer that at the bottom. For how often I used a VED each day, I do have the benefit of more free time than most, but it was surely for over an hour a day. I spend a lot of time sunbathing on nice days and every time used VEDs or did other exercises for hours. I VED'd every night in bed before sleep. At least about 30 minutes. So, over an hour a day, as much as I could, but I highly doubt this is required and probably ~30 minutes a day is more than enough.
2) For how strong on the gauge I went, I think that's an important question. There are comments from further back I write about getting to the red in LeLuv gauges up between 20 and 25. Other people were surprised by that and mentioned how much lower they got. But it was all normal and natural to me. Am I and my dick stronger or tougher than other people? God no. That's the thing - just like everything else, it's practice, and you get used to it if you try. You probably can’t bench press 300 lbs now. But you could if over a very long time you practice and built up to that. Right now if I tried to get a VED to 10, that would be very painful. 15 would be impossible. All because I’m no longer used to it like I was before. I do still use them, though. No longer hours a day or even daily, but often enough to be pretty sure I’m not losing anything. Occasional dick size remeasurements seem helpful.
3) With the pump, most people first inflate the implants and then put their dick in the VED and pump to the highest pressure they can while staying in their comfort zone. I usually do that, but would occasionally put my flaccid penis in the VED and pump it up like that, based only on the idea that keeping a variety in all exercises is a good thing. From there, you could choose to leave it and wait for all the air to come out, then do it again. Or you could choose to pump it more after about 15 seconds. It’s called a “vacuum erection device” but obviously it doesn’t have a complete vacuum seal. Air pressure starts to drop fairly soon, so either pump it more or wait for it to lose pressure and put it back in, or both, however you want to. When I was getting to 20-25 pressures, the highest possible, I had a pretty good game. I would pump it to the complete max then never press the air release valve. I was only done using the VED when it independently lost all the air pressure itself. I didn’t win the game very often, lol, because it was difficult but a good exercise.
I think that should answer your question about how they’re used. If you’re new to them I can say for certain this all feels incredibly unusual and probably way too painful and dangerous. I certainly did not know our penises could do these things. Shout out to OregonStrong who on the first day I received a VED in the mail I asked him if it could break my dick. I thought it could with me trying too hard or something. But he told me it wouldn’t. And he was right. Because these don’t break anything.
I’ll pass along to you what others passed along to me when I first started - do it however you’re comfortable doing it, and no matter how weird it feels now, you will eventually get used to it. And I'll add my personal belief that if something is important to you and you really want to succeed, going a little past your comfort zone is probably worth it.
