30 years old French with ED caused by priapism episodes at the age of 15. Pills have lost most of their potency, injections work but are painful and not a long-term solution. Scheduled for an AMS 700 CX on 05/12/2024.

My answer is yes it’s just as fun and “heck yes I do” and it’s more fun because you never have to worry about it going down….ever

I had the Titan One-Touch fitted 5 weeks ago, and I still can't get it all the way, even with masturbation. I have no problem inflating it all the way, but the uncomfortable feeling keeps me from cumming.

I've had great fun with my implant! Lots of sex with a partner who loves fucking.
In my opinion, an implant can help, but it doesn't "make you a great lover." First of all, many women love PIV (penis in vagina) sex, but it often isn't what gets them off. They need fingers or oral. (Not all women, but a significant number.) So if you think your magic dick is all it takes, then you will leave many partners unsatisfied.
How can it help? I mean, some women do just want a hard cock, so there's that. But also, worrying about whether your dick's gonna get soft can distract you, when you should be focusing on her. And really, focusing on her is the secret to being great at sex.

The implant is the best gift you can give yourself and the best treatment for ED!
Suffering ED is for every man individual.
I for myself even with pills got an erection but it went down shortly after penetration. It was terrible and I suffered until the point I got a small stroke and from than on couldn't take any pills or meds to achieve an erection. I found out about implants and reading this board has helped me in my decision.
Thanks to all here posting also positive results to encourage others to get bionic!
