Not getting full erection

I am going on week 8 post surgery and honestly feeling like this has been a mistake. I am maybe 70% and unable to have intercourse. I don't even feel any discomfort pumping and can literally pump 50+ times. Is something wrong with my implant?

I am going through the exact same thing. I’m 9.5 weeks post op and feel like it’s 70% erect. Barely strong enough for intercourse. Wife made comment she doesn’t feel it inside. She has been disappointed. Then you add the size loss, especially girth. I was expecting more out of Titan. Doctor suggested hard full pumps, yesterday I got it hard for the first time, maybe 85%. But I was sweating to get it there. Today, unable to get it that hard, back to 70%.

Does your bulb get hard where you can’t continue to pump? Or, does it half pump indefinitely without progress? I experience both of these issues

There's a lot of troubleshooting involved. I'm four months out and have a really buggy pump.

First off, don't take your doctor's advice. Try multiple small, rhythmic pumps (get a rhythm going). Then, if you find yourself pumping indefinitely, try resetting the valve by quickly depressing the button.

When you say “resetting the valve”, do you mean quickly pressing the deflate button? I think depress button and deflate are the same thing?

Yes. You may have to troubleshoot it a few times. You will definitely in time acquire a "feel" for it. There's a definite learning curve. I should mention that I have an AMS and this has worked for me, but I don't see why it wouldn't for a Titan.
Having said that, I do wish the pumps would just work normally.

Guys gotta giv it some time, your doc should have evaluated your hand strength also, that pump all brands are utterly terrible when new, there is a long break in period. I was literally adapting a cherry pitter to be a pump tool when mine finally started to soften up.
They should provide a tool for the first few months.
Good luck and talk to your doctors about this

Sometimes the bulb stays collapsed and I have to play with it to get it to expand again. Also I can literally keep compressing the bulb 100+ and it makes no difference in the erection. I called Boston Scientific initially and they told me that after a certain point the fluid was NOT going into the penis and that the valve had some kind of check in it where it would keep passing fluid.
Lastly, I have tried stopping, doing the bending exercise and then pumping again. No difference. I have messaged my surgeon because honestly this is a joke.
